Basic Tools Required

To follow this guide, you’ll need basic hand tools including, but not limited to:

Mechanical Tools:

  • Basic Socket Set
  • Basic End Wrenches
  • Screwdrivers
  • Trox Drivers
  • Plastic Clip Removal Tool (Optional)

Electrical Tools:

  • DMM (Digital Multimeter)

This would be the tools for Basic install needs

HEAVY MODIFICATIONS

Heavy Modification Tools

This installation may require modification depending on your golf cart model. For heavy modification or custom installations, you’ll need the following tools, including but not limited to:

Cutting Tools:

  • Sawzall or Cut-Off Wheel
  • Oscillating Tool with Metal Blade

Mechanical Tools:

CONTROLLER UPGRADE

We recommend that you research and install a compatible 72 volt controller for your brand of golf cart.
