The Factory Sync CAN Adapter Kit delivers the industry’s first true plug-and-play lithium integration. It allows Bolt Lithium batteries to communicate directly with factory systems without controller swaps or complex rewiring. Designed for simple installation, it works seamlessly with existing factory motor controllers and wiring harnesses for a fast, clean upgrade.
Bolt’s automatic heating system makes cold weather charging easier. When the battery temperature is at or below 34°F and the charger is connected, the system automatically warms the battery before charging begins. Once the battery reaches a safe charging temperature, the heater turns off and normal charging begins. This helps protect the cells from charging while too cold and reduces winter charging delays, especially for carts kept in unheated garages or storage areas.
